One of our UK based Account Managers will contact you to conduct a detailed needs assessment. This takes into account your overall business health, strategic goals, risks and market opportunities as well as your specific staffing needs. This helps us obtain a thorough understanding of your needs.

Solution Modeling
Depending on the complexity of your needs, we then identify a number of resource based solutions, recommending one or more for you to consider. All solutions use Key Performance Indicators and success measures to make sure performance stays on-track.

Mobilization & Implementation
During the mobilization phase, we put in place the necessary tools such as contract IT systems access, data security, confidentiality agreements. We will also introduce our people to your team in an appropriate way, ensuring a smooth integration process.

Review and monitoring
Your UK Based account manager will keep a running brief of things, through detailed monitoring and reporting of Key Performance Indicators, goals and targets. They are your go-to person in the UK and will be on hand to make sure things progress a s agreed. You remain in control, from start to finish.
