One of our UK based Account Managers will conduct a detailed conversation (face-to-face or by video call) with you to understand:
- Your current position, challenges, opportunities and what’s keeping you awake at night.
- Your culture, communication style and management style of your business and its people so that we can allocate the right personalities to support you.
- Where you would like to go. Your short-, medium- and long-term goals, growth strategy and plans.
- Your thoughts around how a business process review or talent solution might be able to help solve your problems and achieve your goals

Solution Modelling
We will conduct a detailed video call with you from a UK based account manager to understand:
- Depending on the complexity of your needs, we then identify a number of resource based solutions, recommending one or more for you to consider.
- Your UK based account manager will agree success measures like targets, goals, Key Performance Indicators along with a regular review and reporting schedule to make sure performance stays on-track.

Mobilisation & Implementation
We will conduct a detailed video call with you from a UK based account manager to understand:
- During the mobilisation phase, we put in place the necessary tools such as contract, IT systems access, video-call schedule, working hours, data security requirements, confidentiality agreements etc., ready for go-live.
- Again, your UK based Account Manager will oversee the whole process, providing you with a single point of contact.

Review and Monitoring
We will conduct a detailed video call with you from a UK based account manager to understand:
- Your UK Based account manager will keep a running brief of things, through detailed monitoring and reporting of Key Performance Indicators, goals and targets. They are your go-to person in the UK and will be on hand to make sure things progress as agreed.
- At each stage, you stay in control of the process and can flex or scale the solution as needed.

How do we ensure that the Agility Model works for you?
Operations
You will receive a UK based Account Manager who will
- Define contractual KPIs and performance measures that ensure performance
- Monitor ongoing operational activity
- Maintain ongoing communications between you and your outsourced people through regular reviews
- Manage personal development, ongoing training, and performance with your staff team
- Conduct formal monthly reviews with you/your outsourced team ensuring performance and KPIs stay on track
Compatibility
Your staff team will be allocated to you based on a deep analysis of what is important to your business. This includes your communication style, management style, working practices and culture. We rigorously assess all our employees as part of our recruitment, onboarding and retention processes to ensure that we maintain highly motivated and highly skilled people.
Performance
- In addition to the performance management that you are free to conduct with your outsourced team, Your UK based Account Manager will conduct regular performance reviews, based on 360-degree feedback obtained from you and other stakeholders working with the team.
- Performance is based on two key areas, a quantifiable analysis of measured KPIs, and a qualified review of how well the team is performing.
- If performance drops below the required standard, remedies include ongoing performance management until the required standard is achieved, providing additional resources and increased training. You will, of course have the final say in what measures are employed.
Watertight Guarantee
Sometimes things just don’t go to plan. If you’re needs change, or simply if you no longer want to work this way, we will apply our Watertight Guarantee. This gives you the right to end the agreement at any time with 1 month’s notice.
While this is not a condition of the guarantee, we do recommend that you don’t activate it within the first month or two as it can take a while to adapt to the new way of working, especially if you and your business haven’t used an outsourced model before. It’s a good idea to give the new model time to work effectively, iron out any teething problems and let things bed in.
