Daily end-of-day status updates and a monthly summary report keep the client fully informed, with missing prices and authorisation codes logged and escalated for prompt resolution.

115 subcontractor invoices and 10 Tryoup invoices processed from July 2025 to January 2026, with zero-backlog weekly targets met consistently.
112 jobs finalised across RAC Davies (79), Keycare (25), and Merge (8) accounts.
Surge volumes of 25+ invoices in a single day absorbed without disrupting daily reporting.
Significant reduction in invoice backlogs from August 2025 onwards as processes matured.
